Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Malta

We ship all local orders with MaltaPost.

Estimated delivery time:
2–4 business days

Once the book is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • EU orders are shipped via MaltaPost or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Non-EU destinations are shipped via MaltaPost unless the customer selects an express option.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

  • DHL Express (EU): 1–3 business days

International orders may experience delays due to customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Packaging

Each book is packed securely to prevent damage in transit. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at wherethesunbelongs@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
